Air-Blade Air Knife X-Stream™ is easy to mount and maintain thereby reducing compressed air consumption and noise levels. It is the most efficient design for air knife curtain blow-off technology. This reduces noise levels and provides optimum blow-off energy.

It produces a “laminar” flow of air using the Coanda effect. This draws a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Air-Blade. It also produces an output flow up to 40 times.

The air knife system payback on compressed air savings can be seen in some applications.

Air-Blade Air Knife X-Stream™ make up a full flow design with rear port mounting. This avoids interference in the entrained air flow.

It also optimizes air amplification and minimizes noise levels. It is gold coated for longer life.

  • It is made of aluminum and coated for long life. Stainless steel models are available for high temperature and corrosive applications.
  • Air inlet ports are ideal for compact design and minimal air interference.
  • Airflow amplification of approximately is 40:1 compared to 3:1 for drilled pipe or open jets and tubes.
